Tommy was amazing. We had an emergency issue with our garage door a year ago and was super impressed by the responsiveness and overall knowledge. At that time, he did say that while the immediate issue was resolved, we probably only had 3-4 years left on the existing door. Fast forward to last week when our door had another emergent issue. Tommy to the rescue again. He was here within a day to get us up and running. We did heed his recommendation to purchase a new door and motor and one week later everything is perfect. AlphaDoor is always super responsive, overly communicative and transparent.

I just had Alpha Dore come out and troubleshoot a problem at one of my clients home. Despite the fact that he was scheduled to go out of town,, Tom went out of his way and across town to assist my client. He was so friendly, so accommodating, so knowledgeable and honest. I’ve called on this company many times over the years for myself and my real estate clients and there’s no one else I would ever use.
